Note: Engineering graduates in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical who have already applied for the post of Management Trainee vide advertisement number HLL/IDD/02/2011 dated 05/10/2011.NEED NOT APPLY AGAIN.
Final year students:
Candidates appearing for their Final Semester Examination and expecting their results by 31st January, 2012 can also apply subject to passing the qualifying degree with specified percentage of marks at the time of interview. Candidates failing to produce the Provisional Certificate and Marks Sheet in original at the time of interview shall not be considered.
(B) Age
Max. Age as on 01.11.2011 : 30 yrs
Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and 3 years in the case of candidates belonging to OBC.
II. Selection
1) The selection process will consist of Written Test and Interview.
2) The tentative date for the written test will be in the last week of January 2012. However, candidates will be intimated separately by post the exact date, time and venue of the written test. The written test schedule will also be published in the Company’s website.
3) Written test shall be conducted at New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai & Thiruvananthapuram. However, depending upon the response, the venue of the written test may be limited to either one or two centers.
4)Only those candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks in the written test alone will be called for the interview.
III. Training
Candidates selected as Management Trainee will be placed on training for a period of one year.
On successful completion of training, they will be placed as Assistant Managers.
IV. EMOLUMENTS
During the period of training, the Management Trainees will be given a stipend of Rs. 20000/- per month. On placement as Assistant Manager, they will be placed in the Scale of Pay of Rs.12600 - Rs.32500 with optional allowances under cafeteria package.
V. General Conditions
a) Reservation as per Govt. of India Rules
b) Those who are short listed by the Company alone will be called for the Interview/Test.
c) Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
d) Depending on the requirement, the Company reserves the right to cancel/restrict/ enlarge/curtail the recruitment process as well as the number of positions keeping in view the company’s needs without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
e) The candidates are advised to ensure while applying that they fulfill the eligibility criteria and other requirements mentioned and that the particulars furnished by them are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment process that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and / or does not comply with other requirements of this advertisement and/or he/she has furnished any incorrect or false information or has suppressed any material fact, his/her candidature is liable to be rejected. If any of the above shortcomings is or are detected even after appointment, his/her services will be terminated without any notice.
f) The candidates should have a valid E-Mail ID which must be valid for a minimum period of one year.
VI. APPLICATION FEE
A Demand Draft for Rs.500/- in favour of "HLL Lifecare Limited" payable at Trivandrum to be sent by post together with a copy of the print out of the application submitted online. The Name of the Applicant (in CAPITAL LETTERS) and Application Number ( which is automatically generated while applying online) should be legibly written on the back side of the Demand Draft.
Those candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD are exempted from payment of application fee.
VII. HOW TO APPLY
a) Interested and eligible candidates may apply through ONLINE ONLY. No direct applications will be entertained.
b) After applying through online, a copy of the application (affixing the signature)generated at the end of the online application should be sent along with the Demand Draft by Post to the SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT (HR), HLL LIFECARE LIMITED, REGISTERED & CORPORATE OFFICE, HLL BHAVAN, POOJAPPURA, TRIVANDRUM-695 012, KERALA. Application will be rejected in case Demand Draft is sent separately without the copy of the online application. However SC/ST/PWD candidates NEED NOT send the printout of the online application.
