Wipro invites applications from young, dynamic and self-motivated Graduates with NCC "C" Certificate to be security leaders as part of its Global Security Group. The selected executives will be inducted initially on a contract of 5 years as part of the Global Security Group. Long term career options will not be a constraint for the deserving candidates after 5 years. The candidates will be selected after a written test, followed by outdoor assessments and an interview. They will be imparted 12 weeks intensive security training in a renowned and reputed Residential Security Training Centre for their all round development followed by 8 weeks of on the job training aimed to comprehend the highest standards of manpower, technology and process management. The selected trainees will be provided free boarding and lodging and stipend during the training.

Jobs Discription

Reporting in to the Location Security Manager (LSM) and operating in shifts as assigned by the LSM.

Responsible for the effective management of the integrated Physical Security Guard force.

Shift Executives will be mandated for the following.

Guard Force Management

Access Control system

Security Operation Centre

Investigation

Visitor Management

Upkeep of Security equipments through vendors

Emergency Management

Material Movement

Vendor Management

Parking Management

Transport Escort Management

Coordinating with the peer functions to ensure smooth functioning of Security operations and equipments

Preparing and handling audits and timely closure of observations.

Conducting surprise Audits in the Area of responsibility and escalate findings to the department heads.

Identifying vulnerabilities and threats to Key Assets and share the risks foreseen to LSM.

Ensuring SLA/ statutory compliances.

Initiation of SITREP (Situation Report) and timely reports & Returns.

Undertaking other duties as can reasonably be expected which are commensurate with the role.

Approving MOS (Manpower Outsourcing) and other maintenance bills for correctness.
