IIM Indore which came into existence in 1998, was established as the sixth Indian Institute of Management. The institute was established here to give an impetus to the management education in the central region of the country.
Programmes
The Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) which is equivalent to an MBA. There are options to specialise in various fields such as Finance, Operations, Marketing, Systems, etc. The students are allowed complete flexibility in choosing any course/subject of their choice from the second year onwards
