International Conference on Advances in Manufacturing Technology - ICAMT 2012 is organized by Chennai Institute of Technology in association with ACMEE on 15th - 17th June 2012.ICAMT 2012 will be held for the first time in Chennai. Mission of ICAMT 2012 conference is to bridge the gap between academicians and industry in the field of Manufacturing Technology. ICAMT 2012 will include oral, poster and tutorial sessions given by experts in state-of-the-art topics.

The ICAMT 2012 Conference brings leading researchers from academia, R&D organizations and industries from various countries together under one roof and at one time, to discuss new opportunities, Emerging trends of new technologies, Machine tools, Cutting Tools, Manufacturing systems, and simulation tools for solving Manufacturing Technology problems at various levels starting from material design to complex manufacturing system.

Sessions explore innovative as well as revered technologies, research, development and optimization, workforce efficiency and productivity. Special emphasis is placed on expressing application trends, progress and future course of manufacturing technology.This Conference ICAMT is planned to held once in two years, and will reflect the changing scenario in manufacturing and will provide the much needed focus for future growth.
