RULES AND REGULATION
1. The competition is open to UG AND PG students.
2. The FULL PAPER should be e-mailed to reinfo12@gmail.com on or before
February08th, 2012
3.The FULL PAPER should be contain specific details of your paper but an overview that
should give us an understanding of the level of your presentation as well as the depth of
your research..
4. The selected candidates will be intimated on or before February 10th, 2012.
5. Maximum of two authors per paper is admissible.
6. The paper selection procedure is purely based on the FULL PAPER sent by you.
THE FORMAT OF YOUR FULL PAPER SHOULD BE AS
FOLLOWING
1. Topic of presentation.
2. Name of your Institute along with address.
3. Name of first author, year of study, contact details (Mobile number and Email ID).
4. Name of second author, year of study, contact details (Mobile number and Email ID)
5. Abstract not exceeding 200 words.
6. Introduction, methodology, result, References and extractions.

[ii] The order of presentation shall be determined by lot.
[iii] The duration for presentation will be 5 minutes and 2 minutes will be allotted for

RULES AND REGULATION
1. Posters may be based on Above Mentioned Topic.
2. Maximum of TWO authors per poster.
3. Participants must send their soft copy of their poster's content only to
reinfo12@gmail.com
4. Posters should be self-explanatory.
5. All posters will be displayed while a set of posters will be selected for explanation to
judges and judgment is based on the explanation.
6. Judge’s adjudication is final.
1. The Poster should be of A2 or A3 size only.
2. The Posters should be submitted at the registration desk.
3. The poster MUST contain the participant's details (name, college's name) at the
BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER
4. The posters shall be of computer designed prints only.

RULES AND REGULATION
1. Each team should consist of maximum TWO members from SAME COLLEGE only.
2. Use of calculators, mobiles, code books and log tables are strictly prohibited.
3. The questions will be GENERAL AND TECHNICAL.
4. Decision of organizers will be final and binding.
5. Participants should have a valid Identity card, all through the event.
4. CADD MODELING

Prelims
1. The prelims will be held in WRITTEN format.
2. Each team should consist of single members from same college only.
3. Use of mobiles and calculators are strictly prohibited.
4. Decision of organizers will be final and binding.
Finals
1. Auto CAD 2008(or) 2010(or) 2011 software packages will be provided to the
participants who qualify for the finals.
2. Use of Microsoft calculator or the calculator embedded in Auto-CAD is allowed in the
finals.
3. The judgment will be based on print out and the monitor output.
4. Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during the event. 5. One in One systems
basis for all participants.
5. MODELLING

Hi friends,
The hospitality team gives you a warm welcome on behalf of the organizing
committee of LIVICANS 2012. Our sole purpose is to provide a pleasant
atmosphere for you and make your short stay more memorable. With
this in mind the hospitality team promises to render your assistance from
the moment you set foot in TIET. Before you register for hospitality
requirements, please read this carefully.
REGISTRATION
1. Fill in the Registration form Provided In the website www.reinfo.co.cc
2. While filling the registration form, read the instructions carefully and make sure that the
information you have provided are genuine.
3. You will receive a mail confirming for hospitality within two days of your proposal. This
mail confirms that you will be provided accommodation in TIET during the course of
this event
4. On receiving the confirmation mail, you have to confirm your arrival date to
reinfo12@gmail.com
Once you arrive at TIET, register at the hospitality desk.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All participants should have their college id cards in their possession and should provide
them when requested
2. The hospitality registration is separate from the registration for events
3. Rooms will be provided in sharing basis only. Requests for individual rooms and any
other complaints will not be entertained
4. Since the accommodation is limited, rooms will be allocated in preference basis only. i.e.,
Top preference will be given to the selected finalists of events.
5. Participants should take printout of the confirmation mail for hospitality sent to them
from reinfo12@gmail.com and bring it while coming for REINFO-12. Rooms will be
provided only on receiving the printouts of the mail.
6. Participants are required to take care of their belongings during their stay. The organizing
committee will not be responsible for the loss of belongings of the participants.
7. Due to limited accommodation, hospitality will not be provided for local participants.
8. Participants are requested to abide by the rules of the hostel during their stay. If they are
found to be violating the rules they will be asked to vacate immediately.
All participants are requested to obey the listed rules to help us serve you better.

The hospitality team will arrange for your accommodation, registration and food. Make good use
of us so that you feel comfortable. We eagerly wait for your arrival.
