We are glad to inform you that the Department of Applied Science (CT & IT) has planned to organize a one day National Level Technical Symposium MYSCOL - 2k12 on 6th March 2012 at " IT PARK - KSRCT ". In connection with this, we are conducting various events. The Details about the events are linked here with for your kind information. We request you to circulate the details to all the students and to motivate your students to take part in the events and exhibit their talents.
We call upon for the M.Sc(SE/CT/IT), B.Sc(CT & IT), MCA, B.E/B.Tech Student Participants. We once again extend our invitation to your students to participate in the events and it a grand success.
Events
Paper Presentation :
Maximum Two Participants per Paper.
Last date for sending the paper on or before 18th February 2012, Softcopy through mail and hard copy through post.
Participants who sent both hard copy and soft copy only will be taken for selection process
Paper Size A4 with 1" Margin, Font Size 12 - Times New Roman (IEEE Format - two column).
5 Minutes for presentation & 2 Minutes for queries.
Selected papers will be informed through e-mail on 29th February 2012.
Abstract should contain Keywords, Name, Mobile no, E-mail id & College Name.
Paper Presentation Topics :
All Computer related Topics and Recent Trends in IT.
All Selected Candidates should bring Two Hard Copies
Debugging:
One Student can participate.
Prelims will be conducted (related to Computer Subjects).
Final Round in C, C++, JAVA.
Quiz:
Two members per team.
Prelims will be conducted.
Questions asked in both Technical and GK.
Marketing:
Maximum Four members per team(Final)
Only two members can attend the prelims
Chart & Sketch for Finalist will be provided
Important Dates:
Date of Submission (Paper Presentation): 18th February 2012.
Date of Intimation through email (Selection): 29th February 2012.
