· A maximum of 5 participants can represent the institution.
· The Registration form, Time schedule along with the poster containing events details are enclosed.
Please fill up the response sheet and mail it to reach us on or before 20th February, 2012 for confirming your participation.
We hope that the participation of your students would be a real boost in making the events a rich knowledge sharing experience.

Event Rules
Paper Presentation
· One team per college.
· Maximum of two Participants per college. Equal participation is must.
· The paper must be in IEEE format.
· Full paper of minimum 6 pages with an abstract, not exceeding 250 words along with two Hard Copies and one Soft copy through mail (qutrix2k12@gmail.com) should be sent.
· Title, Author name, Mobile number, E-mail id (for further communication), abstract in a separate sheet.
· Paper Size: A4 ,Font name: Times New Roman,
Font Size: Heading -14, Sub Heading - 12+Bold, Paragraph - 12, Line spacing - 1.5.
· Paper should reach us on or before 20th February 2012 along with a bonafide
certificate.
· Selected teams will be informed through e-mail and mobile on 21th February 2012.
· Selected team should participate in the event and should give a Power Point
Presentation at the time of registration.
