Rules :
1.All the papers must be submitted in IEEE format (.pdf or .doc) only and maximum of 10 pages.
2.Each paper can have maximum of two authors.
3.A full paper of your presentation should reach us on or before 23rd January 2012.
4.Intimation for the selected papers will be sent through email on 27th January 2012.
5.Please ensure that your name, e-mail id, contact no and college details are mentioned in the paper.
6.Mail your papers to apecsparx12@yahoo.com with subject in the mail as PAPER PRESENTATION.

Rules :
1.All students exhibiting a particular project should belong to the same institution.
2.Maximum of 4 participants per group is allowed.
3.Participants are requested to send their abstract with block diagram on or before 23rd January 2012.
4.Please ensure that your name, e-mail id, contact no and college details are mentioned in the Abstract.
5.Selected Projects will be intimated via email on 27th January 2012 .
6.Hardware kit should be displayed in working condition during presentation.
7.Tables for each group and electrical supply will be provided.
8.Mail your project abstract to apecsparx12@yahoo.com with subject in the mail as PROJECT PRESENTATION.

Multimedia Presentation :
Rules :
1.Maximum of 4 participants per group is allowed.
2.This is an On-Spot registration event and maximum of 15 groups will only be registered.
3.Registrations will be done on first cum first serve basis.
4.Registrations will start at 8.30 am and will close at 10.00 am on 2nd February 2012.

Quiz :
Rules :
1.It will be general with technical quiz.
2.Only 2 per team are allowed and maximum of 50 registrations are only allowed for prelims after which teams will not be allowed to participate in the event.
3.Top five teams from prelims will be selected for the main event.
4.Registrations will be done on first cum first serve basis.
5.Registrations will start at 8.30 am and will close at 10.00 am on 2nd February 2012.

Circuit Debugging :
Rules :
1.Only 2 per team are allowed and maximum of 30 registrations are only allowed for prelims after which teams will not be allowed to participate in the event.
2.Top five teams from prelims will be selected for the main event.

4.Registrations will start at 8.30 am and will close at 10.00 am on 2nd February 2012.

Adzap :
Rules :
1.Minimum of 2 and Maximum of 4 per team are allowed.
2.Maximum of 15 registrations are only allowed for prelims.
3.Registrations will be done on first cum first serve basis.
4.Registrations will start at 8.30 am and will close at 10.00 am on 2nd February 2012.
GENERAL RULES :
1.Participants must compulsarily bring their identity cards.
2.Participants must be formally dressed.
3.T-Shirts and jeans are strictly not allowed inside the campus.
4.The number of registrations specified will be strictly followed.
5.Decision of the judges will be final.
REGISTRATION RULES:

1.A team can participate in maximum of 2 presentation events.
2.Registration fees is Rs.100 for each event.
Other Events : (Quiz, Circuit Debugging and Adzap )
1.A team can participate in maximum of 2 other events.
2.Registration fees is Rs.50 for 2 events.
