Workshop on Embedded System & VLSI design in Robotics (Focus on AVR based System Design)

Date of Function: 15th - 19th February 2010

Duration: Five Days

Fees: Rs. 7,000/- (includes Accommodation, Food and mini Laboratory)

Eligibility: Students pursuing B.E / B.Tech from ECE, EI, EEE who require industrial training projects. M.E / M.Tech, M.Sc Physics / Electronics interested in hardware.

Things to know:

* All the students have to stay on campus * Classes will be held day & night

Training In:

Each participant will get hands-on training on the following topics: * AVR Based System Design

* Embedded C Programming

* Robotics Fundamentals

* Concepts in VLSI Design

* Introduction to MEMS and Nanotechnology

Training Outcome:

Participants will take their working model with them after the successful completion of the training for further experiments and research along with their Mini laboratory. Participants will be certified on successful completion of the training.

Personal mini lab

The concept of mini laboratory is to have a set of hardware tools along with Microcontrollers, Programmer so that we have the freedom to experiment and explore.
