RULES FOR PAPER PRESENTATION
1.Maximum of 2 participants per team. Students from various colleges can form a team.
2. Each team can submit only one paper.
3. Each team will be given 10 minutes to present the paper followed by a 3 minutes discussion with the juries
4. The paper must be mailed on or before 19/02/2013 to renaissance2k13@gmail.com
5. Selected papers and selected participants will be intimated by mail on 22/02/2013
6. Selected participants must bring 3 hard copies and 1 soft copy on the 27/02/2013
7. The format of the paper is as follows:
Font size – 12pts
Font Type – Times New Roman
Line Spacing – 1.5 pts
Margins -One inch (1?) on all sides
Number of pages should not
exceed 9 pages
POSTER PRESENTATION

Any topics Related to Civil Engineering
RULES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
1. Maximum of 2 participants per team. Students from various colleges can form a team.
2. Each team can submit only one Poster
3. Each team will be given 10 minutes to present the poster followed by a 3 minutes discussion with the juries.
4. The abstract of the poster and the soft copy of the poster (as jpg or jpeg format) must be mailed on or before 19/02/2013 to renaissance2k13@gmail.com
5. Selected posters and selected participants will be intimated by mail on 22/02/2013
BEST ARCHITECT
This event is a thermocol model making.?
One Thermocol will be given.
Other materials like colour pencils, pins etc. will not be provided.
